From Undercover 2016SS “The Greatest” runway look 22. This is a limited collection build for the brand’s 25th anniversary, reworking key archive pieces, each labelled with its original year and collection.

This one references 2004AW “But Beautiful,” a collection known for its loose, punkish tailoring and trompe-l’oeil “fake” detailing. This jacket with its ivory contrast piping traces the lapels, plackets, pockets, and hem, while every button is deliberately mismatched: horn, cream, blue, and brown resin down the front, stacked at the cuffs, and carried across the back hem. Notch lapel, welt chest pocket, twin flap pockets. Clean from a distance, handmade and subtly subversive up close. An accessible entry into one of Takahashi’s most revered themes.
