1. Do you have a physical store locations?

We've long dreamed of having a physical space to showcase the exciting collections that we carry. For now, we don't have a permanent storefront, but we do occasionally host pop-up store and temporary installations in Toronto downtown. Keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements!

That said, if you're based in Toronto and there is a specific piece you would like to see in person, please feel free to send us a DM. We are happy to arrange a private showroom appointment. Some things really do need to be seen before you can decide.

2. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. If you're in Toronto and prefer to pick up your order in person, just reach out via Instagram DM and we'll coordinate a time period that works for both of us. Pick up location will be sent once confirmed.

3. Where do you ship to? 

We currently ship within North America: Canada and the United States only.

4. What is the return policy?

Due to the unique and carefully curated nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
