Sacai 2021AW Runway Double-Layer Reversible Jacket

From Sacai 2021AW Runway look 3. A blazer and a dress shirt built as one garment, and reversible. Worn jacket out, it's a tailored two-button blazer whose front has been cut away into a narrow, curving panel. The shirt shows at the hem, the cuffs and the open front, so it reads as layered dressing.

Turned inside out, the shirt becomes the face: a plain button-up, with the jacket's notch lapels pushing through at the neck and tape plackets running down the front. The brown sections frame the jacket's front on one side and become its lining on the other, so the same structure reads as tailoring one way and casual shirting the other.
